The optical processing technique named 'photonics' is supposed to be the core technology in the next generation because of their outstanding capability such as high speed response, multiple & parallel processing and good signal/noise ratio. The liquid crystal device has a great potentiality of the industrial application for the spatial light modulator, 3-D graphic converter, and further the optical computer.
From this viewpoint, our forum will provide the opinion plaza to interchange their technical knowledge concerned with the novel liquid crystal device application and its optical technology.
